From WhatsApp DMs to a fully automated online store

We built a fully customised Shopify store for Simply Modest — designed to match their brand aesthetic and give their customers a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience. Beyond the store itself, we handled the full integration stack: a payment gateway for online transactions, a COD delivery provider with built-in COD charge handling at checkout, and end-to-end configuration of the order management workflow. Once the store was live, we trained the Simply Modest team on how to manage products, process orders, handle returns, and run the store day-to-day — so they were never dependent on us to keep the business running.

Simply Modest went from manually handling every order over DMs to running a fully automated eCommerce operation. Order processing time dropped dramatically, the team could focus on the business instead of admin, and the store opened them up to new customers who discovered them through search rather than social media alone. The move to eCommerce reduced operational costs, improved efficiency, and gave the brand a professional online presence that matched the quality of their products.
