We built a fully custom eCommerce platform from scratch — no off-the-shelf themes, no bloated plugins. The customer-facing side was designed to be as frictionless as possible: browse products, add to cart, place order, done. Under the hood, we built a complete order management backend that let the Fresh & Frozen team view incoming orders, manage customers, track deliveries, and update the product catalogue — all from a simple dashboard. The entire platform was built on custom PHP, keeping it fast, lightweight, and easy to maintain without ongoing licensing costs.

Fresh & Frozen received hundreds of orders in their very first month — going from zero online presence to a functioning, revenue-generating eCommerce business in one project.
